Menu weekend trip planning for groups?
I'm going on a sleigh to 3 days / camping trip and trying to plan a menu. I am volunteered to make dinner the first night, then the full day of meals and snacks the next day as about 12 adults and 11 children. The cabins we stay in power, but no kitchen. I can make my slow cooker and griddle, or I can cook w / a barbecue and campfire … menu ideas depends on what I can find. I'm looking for good, hearty, stick to your ribs, hot meals for the group, who are hopefully a little frugal.
You should a very large pot or 2 pot using chicken noodle soup with homemade Italian bread. Salad Mayb same as 2 different types of hogies a turkey and ham or Salmoni, it depends only on what everyone likes, but I think most of the PPL as chicken noodle soup and sandwiches if they are picky they can make own food or give UA application. Have lots of fun im jealous I want to go … lol:)
