Easy Recipes Labor Day
Labor Day is just around the corner, and it's time to start thinking about the great meals you'll prepare. Picnic and barbecue fare top the list, but you must also be ready for release rainfall. Easy Steak Supper

- 2 pounds flank steak

Grill Roasted Chicken
What you need:
- 3-4 lb. whole roasting chicken
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 / 4 c olive oil
- 1 / 4 t thyme
- 1 / 4 t rosemary
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Wash and dry chicken inside and out with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, thyme, rosemary and garlic. Rub the oil on the surface of the inside and outside of chicken. - 1 / 2 c chopped black olives
- 3 / 4 c chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 / 4 c olive oil
- 1 / 2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
What to do:
- Cook the spaghetti according to box, making sure not to over cook, drain and rinse with cold water. Place pasta in large bowl. In another bowl, Combine tomatoes, olives, vinegar, oil, garlic and basil. Marinate for 15 minutes. Stir in noodles and Parmesan and mix and serve.
