Tent insulation for fall camping?
So I am not a novice to camping, and have camped in every season, in addition to the fall. In winter, -42, with a quincy (sp?) In summer, a breeze, and spring (always with my winter sleeping bag:)) While I was curious if anyone has any advice on insulating my tent, with the boyfriend goes so theres a bit of body heat to use, but I always the problem of getting a nice little project from outside the tent in some way and break into a shiverfest what happens.
In my experience, while the tent does provide protection against the wind, it just is not isolated in any case, whether it's single wall or double wall, and there is no practical way to do that, that is my answer to your question. Your defensive real obstacle to the flow of air is your sleeping bag itself. If you're not in a mummy bag rated at the temperature you expect to encounter, or perhaps less if you are often chilled, zipper all the way up and designed with a draft-stopper on the zipper, including the wearing of the hood portion, then is quite possible a project could relax. I suggest you do not sleep the door wearing a suit full of long underwear, socks, mittens, and a hood over his head, if not upgrade to a warm sleeping bag. In addition, some techniques have identified other can keep you hot, exercise a bit before getting into bed, eat a big meal, snacks and before going to sleep, stay hydrated, and check with your doctor, but I heard that some women are cold because they lack iron.
